With 30 years of experience in senior management positions, including two community college presidencies, Dr. Drumm is an accomplished team builder and organization analyst for tackling the toughest challenges a college leadership team might face; from strategic planning to enrollment management and budget challenges, crises, labor challenges and economic development opportunities beyond typical workforce development initiatives.
Dr. Drumm is a trained mediator with graduate education in alternative dispute resolution from one of the first graduate programs in the nation.
